Ordering Information
TAX:
Any orders to be shipped to destinations within the State of Florida must include 6%
state sales tax, unless exempt. If you are exempt from paying Florida State sales tax
please include your resale certificate number on the order form.
PREPAYMENT:
Prepayment, in U.S. funds, is required by individuals and private industry, and must
include shipping and handling charges.
FOREIGN & OVERSEAS ORDERS
All foreign and overseas orders must call or fax for shipping quote. Call Spy Shops at
954-563-1779 or fax to 954-563-7774 for the shipping quote amount to be added on your
order form. Foreign orders are generally shipped U.S. Airmail or UPS Air, at our option.
You are wholly responsible for any custom duties, import restrictions, etc. All payments
must be made by Bank Money Order or Credit Card in U.S. Funds by fax. All Credit Card
Orders under $300.00 US (including Shipping) must fill out and fax us the Credit Card
Order Form. MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY! Must Send a photocopy your Identification and a
photocopy of the credit card. No foreign or overseas orders paid by credit card over
$300.00 will be excepted.
RETURN POLICY
ALL sales are FINAL unless defective. Defective
merchandise may be returned for EXCHANGE only after being authorized by the SPY SHOPS.
Returns WILL NOT be accepted for exchange unless so authorized.
LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS:
When applicable, equipment sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title 111, 18
U.S.D., Section.2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Telephone tariffs should
be consulted prior to use of any equipment attached to telephone lines. It is the sole
responsibility of the BUYER (not SPY SHOPS INTERNATIONAL) to consult legal
counsel for interpretation of any laws applicable to the area of intended use.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer (not Spy SHOPS INTERNATIONAL), to ascertain and
obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to possession and use of any
item in this catalog. (Example: Lock Picking Devices). Consult your attorney regarding
local, state and federal laws before ordering. By placing an order, the Buyer represents
that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner.
When applicable, equipment sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title 111 1B U.S.C.,

Many of our items are sold only to qualified Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement
Agencies. Qualified agencies are invited to write to us on department letterhead for
special requests and bids.
